as a lawyer, hirap nga kaming manghingi ng copy ng warrant of arrest sa courts 😅 unless the warrant has been returned/served, courts only address it to law enforcement officers, pwede mong tingnan sa records, but they will not give you a copy of it (physical or otherwise). Di basta bastang ini-email yan (afaik they never just email it), they have a database for it that only LEO/A can access.

Also, di naman criminal case ang breach of contract (and there is no such thing as “breach of sum of money”), so a warrant cannot be issued against that. Di din justices ng Supreme Court ang nag-iissue ng warrant, it’s usually lower court judges.

Report this to the SC, and for sure, they will take action. They do not take kindly to those who misuse their office’s name.
